How does the Secure Payment (SafeBox) method work for clients?

Voicescity has rolled out a Secure Payment (SafeBox) system Called SafeBox where Voicescity acts as a guarantor for the transaction.

The service is absolutely free and is applied to every job.

This means that we won’t subtract any funds from the amount the voice actor has agreed to and we will send them the full amount.

It will be a simple 4 step system:

1. The client posts a job and then voiceover actors can start bidding on the job. Voicescity will then start to manage the transaction until the final recording is accepted.
2. As soon as the client wants to award the project to the actor, the client transfers the payment to Voicescity.
3. Afterwards, A mutual agreement is accepted by both the parties.
4. Voicescity holds the payment in SafeBox until the final recording is accepted. Voicescity then releases it to the voice actor

1. How do you enable Secure Payment (SafeBox)?
• Secure Payment (SafeBox) will be enabled when you book a voice actor. You can book a voice actor by following these steps:
1. Open the selected voice actor's proposal and click HIRE VOICE ACTOR in the bottom right. It will generate the draft for the booking and update any direction, script changes, or details if necessary
2. Click Submit in the bottom right.
2. How do you transfer the money to Voicescity?
• You can pay via PayPal, Stripe, Paypro, credit card and debit card to complete the payment please go to your booking and click on the button where it says COMPLETE TRANSACTION

3. What are the costs of using Secure Payment (SafeBox)?
• The service has no fee and this service is applied to each job.
